Sparkpages public profile pages (sparkpages.ai/{slug}) set no cookies. We run no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, no analytics scripts from Google, Meta, or anyone else. Visiting a creator's page gives their Sparkpages profile nothing but an aggregate view count — no identifiers, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.
Because public pages set no cookies and deploy no non-essential tracking technologies, no consent banner is required under GDPR, ePrivacy, or CCPA. This is by design.
Cookies are used on the owner-facing dashboard for authentication (NextAuth session) only — those are strictly necessary and exempt from consent requirements.
When you create an account: your email address and a hashed password. When you build a page: your display name, bio, avatar image, links, social profiles, and theme preferences. When visitors view your page: an aggregate view count only — no IP address, no cookie, no identifier, no fingerprint.
To provide the service. To display your public page. To generate AI-powered SEO metadata for your page. To send transactional emails (password resets). We don't sell your data.
If you enable email collection on your page, visitor emails are stored and accessible only to you. You can export them as CSV. We don't contact your subscribers directly.
When you use AI features (page builder, SEO generator), your page data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This data is not stored by Anthropic beyond the request.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database, R2 storage). Images you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2.
Public pages: zero cookies, zero tracking scripts, zero third-party embeds that could track visitors. Visiting a Sparkpages profile is as anonymous as visiting a flat HTML file.
Dashboard (owners only): one strictly-necessary session cookie from NextAuth to keep you signed in while editing your page. No analytics cookies. No advertising cookies. No fingerprinting. Under GDPR and ePrivacy, strictly-necessary authentication cookies do not require consent.
You can update your email, change your password, export your subscriber data, and delete your entire account (including all data) from the dashboard at any time.
